Non-returnable Items

  • Items damaged or lost due to customer reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  2. Return the Item: Once return authorization is received, we will provide the return address and instructions. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to avoid loss.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and arrange a replacement or refund for eligible items.

Return Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or quality issue), we will cover the shipping cost and provide a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g., dislike of item or incorrect size ordered), the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Customized items are generally non-returnable, except in cases of quality issues.

Refund Processing

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
