Sign in with your membership email. The first-order offer is available once on your first eligible jewelry order after joining; renewal or a tier change does not create another first-order offer. Use the first-order discount link in your member benefits. Your ongoing member discount applies to later eligible jewelry orders. The two member discounts cannot be combined with each other, but either can be combined with a redeemed points reward. Membership fees, shipping and taxes are excluded.

You can hold one active membership at a time. Contact Alexa to request a tier change effective from your next renewal. There is no immediate upgrade charge or downgrade refund. Your current tier applies until the change takes effect.
